We really enjoyed our stay here! The shower sliding door was broken, but other than that it felt clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and kind. They even allowed early check-in so we could get ready for wedding festivities after a 9 hour drive.

Love this place! We always get the Jacuzzi tub room! They have a nice little bar and restaurant downstairs too. Very nice place to stay

This hotel is very clean. The rooms were spacious and the check in staff was very personable. This is a good stay. Close to food and shopping.

All the staff were friendly and helpful (front desk, maids, restaurant server). We loved the free coffee and tea every morning in the lobby area and the free covered parking. We also really enjoyed the ability to walk to all the cute shops and cafes in the historic village of Williamsville.
