Clean, but sparse room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent AC even if unit was a little noisy. Really great having free access to iced water and coffee in reception

매우 훌륭해요 The room was very nice and clean with great updates. Also, a plus was that there was coffee in the lobby. We only stayed for a day but wish I could have tried the restaurant the food looked good.

I was given room 207, this was an adjourning room. Just when I was falling asleep, people arrived next door!
Sounded like they were in my room
They went out and arrived about 2am being loud again
I call f/ desk they moved me to another room.
What makes no sense, is the hotel was not 100% full
Why would front desk, check us both in to a room with no sound proofing and connecting door
I had a very important meeting the next day, I woke up tired
I asked front desk in the am
She stated” I guess the agent did not realize”
It’s her job to know this

I arrived at close to ten pm and the pool was closing. I would have loved to be able to swim til midnight. Clean windows would be nice because we are big 'view' people.

Stayed overnight after a cruise since my flight was the next morning. Quiet location and close to the airport and Miami port. They were great to hold my luggage until my check in time so I was able to go do stuff before hand and not lug my suitcases around. Staff was amazing.
