Olimme kolme yötä. Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Aamiaiselle piti mennä viereiseen ravintolaan ja joka päivä aamiainen oli aika samanlainen. Huoneen lämpö oli vaikea saada sopivaksi ilmalämpöpumppu veti sen aina heti liian kuumaksi tai kylmäksi. Vessan ovi ei mennyt kiinni ollenkaan. Suihkussa hankala saada vesi sopivan lämpöiseksi. Kerran meno sähköt oleskelumme aikana. Uima-altaan vesi ei ole lämmitetty. Portaissa ei ole kaiteita. Kuja jota kuljetaan etuovelle on päivisin todella pimeä ja pelottava, öisin valaistu. Paikka on myös vaikea löytää, ei ole mitään kylttejä. Paikalliset onneksi auttoivat!

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente, nos trataron genial, el hotel muy limpio, cómodo y el desayuno excepcional, rico y abundante.
OUSSAMA nos ayudó con todo, desde informarnos los lugares tipicos para conocer como así también nos acompaño a coger un taxi y nos ayudó con las maletas. Luego del check out, pudimos dejarlas en el hotel . Nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque.
OUSSAMA Lo mejor del hotel!!! personas como él se encuentran muy poco. Muy servicial y atento, lo que no suele encontrarse mucho por esos lugares.
Si volvería a Marrakech, desde luego repetiría.
Lo recomiendo 100%. Calidad, precio, todo.

Clean and very convenient location. you can walk to everywhere you would want to visit. Whenever I go to Marrakech, i always have the Riad to arrange car pick up for me, so the driver would know where to drop off, and a luggage handler would come to pick us up and lead the way. The staff at the Riad are all very helpful and always friendly. Anything I requested are promptly responded.

만족해요 Could use a bit of a cleaning. Had ants in my room.
Breakfast was limited and was ok quality.
The younger male counter clerk was really nice and helpful.
