만족해요커플 숙박객
Pretty basic room. Breakfast buffet was just ok but 20 Euros. Staff at the front desk were not real friendly. No room cleaning even though we were there for 5 days. We checked out a day early but they refused to credit us for the unused stay. Got pretty busy since lots of tour buses used the hotel.

This property is truly wonderful. They have a fridge and a hot water kettle in the room. Public transportation is easy and right next to the hotel. So many groceries stores and restaurants right next to the hotel. The rooms are cosy, well lit, and shower works amazingly. The only thing is that they don't have a 24h shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and vice versa as they have advertised. But honestly you don't need it as you can take the train to get close to the hotel and then walk 5 minutes. I honestly do recommend this hotel and I will be back there. Vienna is such a wonderful city, so much to see and do, and Bratislava, Slovakia is just an 1:20 minute bus ride away.

그저 그래요 One of the worst hotel experiences for me. The drunk guy just burst in my room, was pushing me and finally lied on my bed while I escaped with my phone and laptop. The staff didn't call security and just two girls from reception was trying to calm him down. Finally they led the guy to his own room and of course provided me a new room. But no compensation or anything.
Sauna is a bit weird also. No changing room, you can't be there naked but at the same time no sheets are available. So basically you need swimsuit to use it.

Duvet had a stain. Room facilities on Expedia states bathrobes but there is actually a charge for these.
The bathroom door slides and did not close properly leaving a huge gap. I was sharing with two friends and it made it difficult coming in and out of room if someone was in bathroom as could see in from the corridor of the hotel.
Had to ask for tea & coffee and extra mug as only 2 mugs, one teabag and no coffee in a triple room. These were replenished to a better amount when room was cleaned the next day.
Fridge in room but wasn’t cold.
Bed was comfortable
Location was ok with good transport links nearby.
