No parking. We had to park blocks away in a paid parkade that was expensive.
Came for the pool but didn’t get a chance to enjoy due to our lateness, as well you have to pay extra for access to it which was not worth the 1-2 hours of potential enjoyment that we could’ve had.
We also did not feel that safe in this area of the city where the hotel was. A lot of graffiti everywhere. What appeared to be the ?homeless consuming drugs during our walk from the parkade. I would not come to this hotel again.

If the Spa/Therm was not on site, the property would be less than 3 stars. They assigned me to a room where the telephone does not work; no English instructions for the air conditioner and the television. though it advertises as 4star, there was no robe, slipper's and turndown service. The staff could not find my reservation, had to see my confirmation to add my daily breakfast.
The location was its second best feature.

Clean room, staff was nice, better options for breakfast within city centre, but spa was 10/10 and i highly reccomend the aufguss that happens every hour in the spa, very clean hotel and spa.

The hotel was ok for my trip. Breakfast is expensive for what it is.
