We booked 4 rooms at this hotel for 10 nights and arrived just after midnight the first night. Straight away from check in we knew this was not were we wanted to be. Not much we could do at that time of night so we stayed the first night and checked out first thing. All 4 rooms were dirty, they stank, sharp broken tiles beside the bed, bedding had stains, aircon didn't work and there was black mould all through the bathroom. Do not stay here! Online photos of the rooms are not of the rooms you get. Pool has a thick black line of gunge around it. Staff were unhelpful. Manager offered us other rooms which had exactly the same problems. The manager reluctantly offered us a refund on the remaining nights after much back and forth.

The staff here are lovely. Very accommodating and easy to deal with. The hotel room was what you expect for the price. Comfortable large bed and aircon that works a treat. The toilet did have an odour but shutting the door fixed that. Pool was free most days although only shady in the afternoon so plan accordingly. My room was on the third floor with no lift. Stairs can be slippery in the humidity. Easy walk to the beach and shops at your door. Would stay again.

Room ok, bathroom not good - sink sprayed water everywhere making the surrounding space unusable. Broken toilet seat. Mould on bathroom ceiling. Some very nice staff though, especially Joy & Mr Nyoman.

Good service and nice staff. Multiple trip hazards between front desk and room - keep your eyes open! Bathroom sink tap hardly working and sprayed water everywhere. Approx 8-9 minute wait (with water running) for hot water in shower or bathroom sink when needed. Hot water cut out completely on last day.

A very quaint Indo style boutique hotel. This hotel can be much more but is in need of urgent repairs and renovation. The price reflects the condition of the hotel.

Friendly, good location, great value, nice pool. Would be happy to stay again.
