The ocean view was wonderful, I do wish the balcony had a chair or something to sit on, but that's okay. Loved the daybed and located right across the street from the beach. Loved the lobby area and the pool lounge areas were amazing. Also enjoyed the half off beers at the bar!

We had a lovely stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The staff were incredibly friendly, the buffet breakfast was an easy 10/10, the amenities were excellent, and our room with its beautiful beach view was stunning.
The reason for my 4-star review comes down to two things. Firstly, the elevators were extremely slow. We regularly waited over 10 minutes just to reach the 8th floor and even had to use the stairs twice. For a 36-floor hotel with four lifts, this was disappointing.
Secondly, housekeeping was often very late. We’d leave the room around 7–8 am and return after 4:30 pm to find it still hadn’t been serviced.
Aside from these two issues, everything else was fantastic. With improvements to the lifts and housekeeping timing, this would easily be a 5-star hotel.

I travelled with my wife and we both enjoyed our time at Four Points. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is great, with beach access right across the road in front. The staff were nice and the breakfast was great. We had a beach view and it was very nice. Many amenities were with in walking distance and getting a Grab was easy. I would book here again.

Decent hotel to stay if you're not looking for resort style hotel.
Pool is small and when we got there full of kids so not relaxing at all. No beach loungers or many loungers by the pool.
Heating you just need a nice place to rest your head
