그저 그래요 WiFi in the rooms is definitely needed to make the stay more enjoyable. We were extremely limited in our ability to communicate with family and transportation services

The worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life.
Nice facility ruined by a gang of unprofessional blood suckeres who have no idea about the hospitality business.
- terrible customers service from all employees .
- terrible food leads to sickness.
- terrible pest control.
- terrible cellular and wifi signal.
- terrible unwelcoming security service.
- loud annoying music all day long.

I love this resort. The staff is friendly, everything is clean, food is good with plenty of options. They have fun activities by the beach throughout the day as well. The value far exceeds price of stay.

The worst resort I have ever seen all over the world. I never recommend it at all. Rude staff and the only thing they need is just money with no service.
