Excellent stay. Quiet area all contributed to our enjoyable stay.

The overall hotel is nice, pool and all the vegetation in the courtyard is very pretty. Staff was super nice and helpful with local information. But everything else was less than ideal. We had reserved a room with a king bed, and prepaid online. Checking in, they told us they only had rooms with 2 twins. Only after some back and forth did they concede and give us the room we booked. It took about 30-45 minutes to actually get to our room, despite no line. We got woken up in the middle of the night (3am-5am) every night we stayed. Loud banging, people yelling, etc. When we asked the front desk about this, they said it was a "wake up call" for guests with early tours. So the staff effectively wakes up every room around whoever has a wake up call. Any noise in the hallway may as well be coming from in your room. Why adults can't set an alarm for their own tour, I'm not sure. A major reason for booking was the private soaking tub on the balcony. However it was clear they don't clean the tub. It was full of dirt and debris from the plants, as well as hairs and dead bugs. For the price I guess I can't complain too much, but don't expect a good night's sleep or relaxing in the soaking tubs.

The room was really very large and the bed comfortable. Excellent cleaning. Extremely professional, kind and helpful staff. Nice pool area good value for money.
