Good location within Makati business and upscale shopping district. Close to everything. The only downside was the aircondition shut down during my stay. It was so humid and hot.

만족해요 The hotel is looking tired and needs maintenance. The A/C didn’t work properly and the room was musky. It was very uncomfortable and humid inside the room because of the moisture in the air, on the carpet, on the beds , and etc . However, the service was excellent.

We enjoyed our visit to the New World Hotel! It had a good introduction to the place while entering the building, it was clear that this hotel is a well handled hotel. The checkin was easy and the bellman helped us for our luggages. Once entering the hotel room, they gave us an extra bed for my family members, which was really thoughful of them. The hotel room was gorgeously clean, everything was in top-notch condition. The breakfast as well was execllent and exceeded all my expectations. Overall the hotel stay was really nice.

This is such high class hospitality. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we felt like we were the most important guests they had to take care off that day and every day following. The friendliness and helpful staff is something missing from many establishments these days. I could not find a thing out of place or anything that wasn’t right. It was truly the perfect stay, so good that we didn’t just start our three week holiday there with a three night stay but decided to end it with another three nights at New Works Makati. Highly recommended.

Most of the breakfast are cold.
Staff overall they are Excellent...exceptional hospitality

The place is old, however it is clean. the staff are very helpful and friendly. the lobby is very big. I stayed an executive club floor and have access to lounge and the food. The breakfast was very good and lot of varieties. The Hotel is very close to all Greenbelt(walking distance) with lots of different restaurants. I would love to stay again when i go back.
