少し遅めの母の日で利用いたしました。スタッフの方は、程よい距離感で接してくださり、居心地の良さを提供してくれました。皆さんの口コミの通り、たいへ素晴らしいホテルです。朝のお散歩や、お食事のお皿の一つ一つ、好きな時に入れるお部屋の温泉も旅行気分を満たしてくれました。ぜひ毎年来たいと思わせてくれるホテルです。

スタッフの対応が素晴らしく、快適に過ごすことができました。 朝食も洗練されて、64歳にはちょうど良い量で、味も美味しかったです。 また泊まりたいと思わせてくれるホテルでした。

温泉付きの部屋で最高でした

あいにくの雨模様でしたが、そんなことが気にならないほど建物の雰囲気もスタッフの接客もすべて素晴らしく大満足でした また訪れたいと思わせる魅力があります

Karyizawa still had sakura blooming and leaves were about to sprout. Their courtyard was so stunning with those blooming flowers. We have seen a running wild fox for the first time when opening the curtains of the room in the morning. It was nice nature experience although it’s actually walking distance from the shopping street. Would love to go back again.

This is a very classic hotel, around by beautiful green and near Karuizawa Ginza. Huge room clean and with pretty view of red leaves 🍁. Full service in west style breakfast, food is great and service is perfect! My favorite hotel will come back! Thank you Orbitz!

Mampei Hotel was wonderful. Much better than I expected considering the price and age of the hotel. The location is good. Walk-able in 10 minutes from the old Ginza shopping street (the walk itself was a nice and pleasant stroll). The hotel was easy to find and surrounded by beautiful lush greenery and gardens. The staff were warm and friendly. The guy at reception spoke English. The hotel looks great, very classic but well maintained. Clean, warm and comfortable. Our twin room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and a lovely view from the window facing the gardens. Wifi was faultless. Restaurants and cafe served great food if a little expensive. Didn't want to leave. Will definitely return. Recommended if you want a relaxing quiet stay away from the crowds!
