Air conditioning was much needed. Disappointed the rooms didn't have a fridge or other standard amenities.

Solid basic room - Great location near train station. Actually got lost & ended up at the guest house instead of the hotel & the woman at the front desk actually came out & got me & brought me to the hotel - that’s excellent customer service

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The location of the hotel cannot be beat. It’s right next to the train station, the tram, and walking distance from many of the attractions you want to see in Zürich. Our room was quiet and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is extremely convenient from the train station.

We had a two night stay and were excited to be able to walk from the train station to the hotel without any issues. We were three in a room, and appreciated the modern feel of the space and the large bathroom. The elevator is very small, so we only used it to transport luggage up and down, and chose the stairs otherwise. We did not utilize any other hotel amenities, but did find a grocery store around the corner when we were looking for a few snacks. Being close to the bus and train station were great since we were only in town for a short amount of time. Would definitely consider this hotel again if we return to Zurich!

We had a long day, we were tired and after navigating Zurich streets & traffic finding a parking space - frustrating to say the least, we arrived and attempted the self checkin (I had registered earlier that day) but was having trouble opening my account etc.. The receptionist, wish I could remember her name, starts with 'M', was an absolute lifesaver. She calmly took care of us, got us a physical key, directed us to the parking ramp, and basically reset us from our downward spiral. Other than that, the hotel was perfect for our stay. Thanks.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was not worth that much honestly, Most importantly, the front desk staff were wonderful , Haida was very knowledgeable about the area and extremely helpful.The location was very convenient and accessible to everything, especially the to the downtown and. Subway main one , but when you get of the subway, because the street is under the construction you are getting lots for first time. Vet nice to ancc to the coffee 24 hours a day. Oh I have to tell I was in one bedroom with 3 beds in new building just off the main road! When our flight was canceled and Rome was already booked for next day , staff was nice and booked other room but in different building ( which is older ) I am thankful for that Which saved us to not move out from that street to somewhere else but that old building our room was extremely small and uncomfortable,( it was just ok for one night) . Highly recommend staying on new building .

The room is very basic but clean and modern. The hotel is on a busy street but the windows are well insulated and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was very good; lots of fresh ingredients and delicious breads. The only thing that would have made the room better would have been softer beds and more than one pillow. Each bed only had a thin, flat pillow which was not enough for us. Great location, though and quiet, efficient A/C. Would stay again.

Great hotel with a decent breakfast. Great location, and helpful staff. Wasn't a fan of the online self check in (especially not knowing about it beforehand, arriving at 9pm and then having to sit with all our luggage in the lobby trying to get it to work before we could get in and relax) or having to use your phone to unlock the doors. I get that it's modern and fun but it took more time and was more frustrating than just having a key card.

My mom, husband, and I only stayed for one night here and we picked this location because it was walking distance to the train station.
