Staff was so helpful with everything we needed. The room was clean, spacious for our family of 4, and the location made traveling around the city super easy.

Nicely located and elegant hotel and rooms. Extremely friendly staff, Mohamed was great. I forgot some of my papers in the room after the checkout and he helped me to take pictures and send it to me.

Family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 kids. The AC in the room was worth every penny! The double room was spacious. Water is provided in rooms and in lobby and there was a mini fridge in our room. Our shower door had a seal that was falling off so a lot of water was on the ground after a shower. I told the front desk, but nothing was done to fix it while we were there (room #35). I asked for extra towels and just used old ones on the floor to catch the water. Hotel is in an excellent location! MONOPRIX & market around the corner, gift shop next door was very well priced, and a coffee shop next door too. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

Good experience, nice staff, good breakfast, great location. However, very small elevator, small corridors (with dirty towels on the floor for most of the day), and small rooms…

We got a suite room. However the room was really small. We had a tough time having our luggage opened up No sleepers, or amenities in the toilets Main building elevator fit only 3 people so taking luggage up was a hassle. The hotel was clean. On the weekend lots of noise from outside and we could not get a good night sleep. The staff was not that up front. The locker in the room was not open and it took the staff about 24 hours to get it opened. In the beginning they promised 15 min and danced their way through the next day. Not being up front is the last thing a tired traveler needs. Breakfast area small and food variety scarce. Our family of 4 could not sit at the same table and we basically took halk the dining space. I don’t recommend this hotel overall at this price point given its service and room size.

Small boutique hotel, right off main plaza and shops. Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful with bags.

Great location near the Champs Elysee and Roosevelt metro station. Wonderful breakfast buffet available. Very friendly staff. Small, but well-equipped rooms. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay for our 10th anniversary! The property was clean, in a great location, and we loved the terrace! We would come back again!

Pleasant stay in this hotel. Everyone is so nice esp Vanessa who helped us a lot in the breakfast area. Breakfast was enough and very filling. Our room is enough for me and my husband. Location is the best! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close to everything in Paris.

Property is clean walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
