It’s just another average big chain hotel that wants to monetize everything .
There weren’t any amenities like bath robes etc .
Location is convenient but other than that nothing special .
In my opinion It doesn’t merit the high ratings that it has .

Hotel was adequate but a little tired. Location was excellent. I tried to arrange an airport transfer and it sounded like they were going to do it but they did not follow through. In their defense, it was less than 24 hours before my arrival but I think they should have just told me that they couldn't arrange it.

Location, location, location close to everything. Small outside parking at 25 euro per day. Better reserve in advance. Room had coffee maker and small fridge.

It was super clean, the staff were fantastic and it was close to some of the main sites in the old town. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was great.
Whilst I understand that you are in a city and you should expect noise, it was extremely loud even with the windows closed until all hours. It made relaxing difficult. The windows aren't soundproof. If they were, this hotel would be 5⭐
I appreciate that's not the hotels fault but it was part our my experience.
