매우 훌륭해요지인 동반 숙박객
This was our first ever stay in Winchester. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming and took our baggage and stored this safely as we had arrived earlier than expected. Our room was spacious and clean.
The reception team and health spa staff were magnificent and were able to deal with each and every one of our requests. The spa itself was exceptionally clean, due to the staff who clearly take pride in their work.
The breakfast buffet had a good range of hot options as well as cereals, croissants and pastries and the coffee was good. The breakfast team were highly professional and welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the Winchester Hotel and Spa which is in walking distance from the train station and historic City centre.

Good location, The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was very clean.
The air conditioning /heating in the room was uncontrollable, However the staff were really helpful in trying to control it.
Breakfast was not great, limited options, tinned mushrooms, eggs were overcooked and unappetising, the use of shared marmalade jars is so very Unhygienic and a major offput.
Car parking in many hotels these days is becoming expensive and tight, this hotel was no different.

훌륭해요 Breakfast was excellent value, with a wide range of options.
The spa facilities were good and there were plenty of late deals if you had not pre booked.
Do make sure your room has a window. Ours over looked the spa, but we had no natural light and no fresh air.
