The staff was 100% wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean. My one complaint is that the carpet is not very clean throughout. It’s the kind of place where you can’t walk around barefoot or in your socks because your feet or socks will get dirty quickly. I appreciated the guest laundry.

We stayed for one night after spending a few days in Canada, as we wanted to visit the New York side of Niagara Falls before heading home.
The hotel is quaint, conveniently located, and our rooms were clean.
We had reserved two rooms for four adults. When we arrived after 7:00 p.m., one room was ready, while the second required additional cleaning, so we had dinner at the restaurant across the parking lot while we waited. (Alton’s)
The room I stayed in included a microwave, mini refrigerator, and TV, and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The only minor drawback was that the pillows were quite small and resembled decorative throw pillows rather than standard-sized bed pillows.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found it to be a comfortable option for a one-night visit.

We had a decent stay. My three sons and I were traveling. When we arrived, the room door was propped open. The shower curtain had not been installed yet. And we only had three towels. But it was clean and that was nice. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but we could smell that either someone had smoked in the room or the hallway. Overall, it was nice lodging and it was quiet.
