Beautiful location and staff was always ready to help and very responsive to our needs.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional! All of the staff was helpful and kind. The rooms are great. Very clean and well maintained. I 100 percent recommend staying at this hotel.

Great hotel , great service and location is perfect it not far from major spots. We plan to come back next year.

Excellent selection of breakfast

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I especially enjoyed being able to order a fresh omelet or have eggs cooked to order. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained. The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit outdated, and the bathrooms and showers could benefit from some remodeling.

This is a nice property however the guest room locations are a bit of a hike. We had to take the golf cart to and from our room. We did get an upgrade with a large washroom and plunge pool, which was nice. The amenities were great. Nice pool and lounge area. The only downfall is that because the hotel has taxi agreements, it is difficult to get a Grab taxi to come to the resort. Also, Kamala beach is very rocky.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom family room with a private outdoor pool. Absolute stunning 🤘 great service, very hospitable staff… thoroughly enjoyed 7 days at this resort.

The staff was very attentive and responded promptly to requests. Facilities were clean, and the view from our room was stunning.

The resort was absolutely amazing, and the staff made the entire experience even better. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring that it honestly felt like we were staying with friends rather than at a hotel. The driving staff was especially wonderful so kind, so attentive, and they even remembered us, which made everything feel extra special. That level of attention really meant a lot and made us feel so valued and taken care of. The whole atmosphere was full of warmth and hospitality, and it’s one of those places that leaves you smiling long after you leave. Thai people are so welcoming, and that spirit really shines through here. Every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere, and that made the stay truly memorable. We had such a great time and felt so comfortable the whole trip. This resort is definitely one I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful stay with outstanding service.
