Very helpful staff and great breakfast. AC was a little iffy but overall great experience

One night stay which unfortunately was not up to standard for the price paid. The air conditioning didn't work and with the hot temperature of late we both struggled to sleep, especially with the noises of London with the window open. The room was okay but a little run down in places and the lift button for floor 6 didn't work, so we had to take the stairs from 5, again not a massive issue but for the price paid you'd expect better. We did speak to the staff around air con or if there was a fan available but unfortunately all rooms were fully booked and no fans were available. We won't be returning to this hotel, for the price paid there are a lot better out there.

The location was great and look of the hotel was nice , however the air con wasn’t working so we had to change rooms , the room we changed to had a wonky shower that didn’t move the phone didn’t work and The door was locked by chain only as the handle lock didn’t work. The reception Staff lacked customer service !!

No air conditioning

The bathroom is so small you can barely brush your teeth in the tiny sink. The shower is super small too. The room was very clean though

The hotel is gorgeous exterior & location is incredible - I walked almost everywhere, via the Park. Staff were good, breakfast good. Inside is dated. I managed to get a room street facing with large window, small but adequate space, bed was very comfy. Overall it served my needs as I was only there to sleep. If you prefer a hotel with more amenities & bigger room size it may not be the hotel for you. Most of the negative comments are likely with the interior or lower level rooms, and base price rooms which are tiny. I would stay again.

Only issue here was a smell of cigarette smoke drifting into the room from somewhere. This is supposed to be a non-smoking establishment so something needs to be done to make sure that is actually the case.

The reception area and bar area are absolutely beautiful. The room we had was v small and tired. We opened the door to be met by a wardrobe we needed to almost squeeze past and the headboard on the bed had huge patches of leather that had worn away. It looked much better in the pictures, however it was convenient for Hyde Park and did have air cov
