Overall it was ok, it’s clean and in a good are, but the AC was way too loud that I felt like I was still on an airplane, and couldn’t sleep very well.

Staff is very cooperative specially front desk guy working in the morning wear a glasses

Staff friendly, my room had some mold problems that were not due to lack of cleaning but probably the age/condition of the building itself. Got a good night sleep as the room was very dark and road noise minimal. A good hotel for a one-night stay in Kaohsiung, not far from an MRT station, and very affordable. Building will require cleaning out/renovation in 3-5 years but for now it's a good option.

The staffs are very friendly and they response immediately with the guest requests.

The room is very small no closet space we are trip over our bags. Shower head was leaking water all over Beth room. The front desk will not let me finish my discribtion.

It is better to have a higher bed. Complimentary reception food & drinks are impressive.

The service desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They help us to arrange for taxi to HSR station in early morning. We get some breads/pastries and coffee/teas for our breakfast even though it is one hour earlier than their usual breakfast service time of 7am. The hotel also provides steamed vegetarian/meat buns from 5pm to 11pm. Good for super. Coffee/tea, soft drink and ice cream are there round the clock. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is equipped with full size bath tub, which is quite rare in Taiwan mid-tier hotel. One downside is that our room is facing the main road so there was some noise coming from passing traffic at night. The hotel is not very near to MRT station. It is located at about 12 mins walk from the nearest MRT.

Nice, friendly staff who are happy to help you. The interior of the room is of average condition. The hotel is however quite a distance from the train station. People with big, heavy luggages might want to reconsider. But for the price, I think it is acceptable.

Reasonable price and nice staffs are helpful for the guests. I will recommend my friends to stay this hotel if they will visit to Koahsiung.
