Bell Staff had excellent English so rental car and greetings at entrance were welcoming. Rooms were kept overly clean each day. Quiet hotel room even during a wind storm helped sleep! Amazing sunsets from the lobby and views of the city are worth the minor confusion of a lobby above guest rooms. Bedding was outstanding quality, super comfortable - had great sleep. Small reminder on guest floor elevator buttons that lobby is UP would be useful. Promote best English speaking bell staff to front desk!

Staff are polite and helpful. The lobby, lounge and restaurant are beautiful. Room is comfortable with spacious bathroom. My only complaint is the pillows are not comfortable with enough support, otherwise everything is just great!

The hotel is in a perfect, highly convenient location with incredibly easy access from the monorail station, making exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a long day. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was exceptionally helpful, warm, and attentive to our needs.
