This is the second time staying at the Hewitt.
I love the staff and location to the train station. As always the Japanese hospitality is second to none. We have family in the Osaka area and will always try to stay at the Hewitt.

Bathroom was moldy and dusty. Beds only had one pillow and were very uncomfortable. For 31000yen a night I expect better. 2 stars cause the desk staff were so nice.

그저 그래요커플 숙박객
The staff was very helpful and friendly and they all spoke English. The hotel is dated and worn. There was mildew all over the bathroom. The beds are very hard and the springs creak. There was only one pillow per bed. The comforters on the beds were nice and fluffy. The washer dryer unit needed 2 extra dry cycles to get my jeans dry.

훌륭해요출장
The room was spacious and the location was convenient. However, the mattress needed an upgrade. We could feel the springs pressing into our backs and hear them creaking every time we moved.
