Bathroom door was broken and unable to close properly. Door between hallway and room was broken and woukd be flimsy while opening and closing. Beds were hard and springy. Extremely uncomfortable. "Daily house keeping" consisted of towel replacements and a few water bottles daily. Had to tell staff on mulitple occasions to take away the garbage. Walls were very thin and can hear units next to us.

Only a 2 min walk from the ocean and many restaurants to choose from. The hotel room was always clean and supplied everyday with fresh towels and bottled water.

No curtains (only decorative see through ones), with neonsign blinking outside bring sleeping mask. The room smelled of smoke, so not great if you are sensitive to smells. Tiny towles. Very clean and great cleaning providing clean towels and supply of water bottles. Great supply of toiletries. Breakfast was white toast and jam, coffee. Great location, near beach and bus stops.

Great location (although no view as it suggests), excellent WiFi, comfortable and clean bed, decent size room, good AC and TV with plenty of channels. None of staff spoke any English at all. Breakfast was just toast and coleslaw (not even butter) which was disappointing for the price I can’t really complain. Stored my bike safely overnight too

The room is relatively big, basic amentities avaliable. However, the breakfast can be improved.

We got free upgrade to family room with sea view, room was huge and cleaned every day, just seconds walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was toast and coffee, standard for South Korea, WiFi was perfect. Would certainly stay again.

Nice but outdated hotel for low budget. Only two small hand towels were provided a person, couldn't get bigger ones or even more of the small ones when requested.

The rooms were spacious, clean and had great facilities. The beds were firm as is usual in Korea, the bathroom was a wet room, again usual for Korea. The building construction is now finished, so we had none of the problems spoken about in other reviews. Everything was great for the budget, except breakfast which was just black coffee/toast/juice.

Jeju is a lovely island , the hotel was ok, the location is good, but old style, needs more upgrading
