The staff were incredibly helpful. Once, I left my safe wide open with cash inside. When I came back, everything was exactly where I left it!
People were helpful, and the location was ideal for getting around downtown and visiting Sto. Domingo.

This unique hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, Santo Domingo Church, and the Zócalo, making it a perfect location for exploring the area.
The property is beautiful, charming, and truly one of a kind. What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional staff. I would like to give a special thank you to Eduardo, who went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect room. He also shared valuable information about the city and recommended wonderful activities that made our visit even more enjoyable.
I would also like to recognize Itzel Ameyalli and Eida Saraí for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

매우 훌륭해요 We loved our stay! The staff is so friendly and kind and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable, they have the best pillows. The AC runs COLD. Plenty of HOT water. The view from the rooftop hot tub and patio is spectacular. The courtyard is beautiful. The restaurant has delicious food. The location is perfect, close to everything in the historic district. We will definitely being staying here again.

훌륭해요 Cute little Mexican traditional hotel in a beautiful setting with kind staff. Has a restaurant on the premises, which I did not try and about a 10 minute walk to the Zocalo. My only criticism is that the bathroom was kind of small and the shower was a little bit awkward.

No iron in the room , you can request one but they ask you for an ID and you need to leave it until you return it, you can hear everything since doors are like blinders on the bottom. Tv didn’t work. And very very small no vanity space.
Very close to everything and staff super polite..
