Got back to the hotel about 11pm to be told everything was closed for the night, not impressed.
Next morning both orange juice (never been near an orange) and coffee were vile!

For a little extra we had use of the pool and sauna, which started (ended) the day brilliantly. Fantastic base to explore the city centre. Bus into the city yards away. Staff really wanted to help yo enjoy the sights.

The room was clean and tidy , but the carpets were a little tired. That being said the bed and linen were of excellent condition. The breakfast was a very high standard and you wanted for noting. The staff were very polite and easy to locate and talk to with a wide range of local knowledge with an efficient service.

The room was very comfortable. The bar staff was friendly and always happy to supply this American with ice. We had lunch/dinner several times in the hotel and the food was delicious. The only down side…we are very early risers and the availability of coffee was later than we would have liked.

The breakfast was not the best this time around. They don’t do hot chocolate, they had no eggs for the majority or my stay and their bakery options were limited. The staff were not very helpful.
