Generally, every aspects are in order. The only comment is the air conditioning on the CC level, which is also the hotel lobby, is either not working well or the temperature is always set at a level that you cannot help but to perspire. Perhaps the hotel would like to consider setting the temperature for hotel guests to wait for their pick up without perspiring through their clothing.

In-room fridge was not maintained well to provide a reasonably cold storage. A review of all in-room fridges for adequate coldness would ve in order.

This is a fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing and very responsive to all our requests. RJs rooftop bar is outstanding with awesome views of the city and Naim one of the bar tenders was outstanding and added to the relaxed and enjoyable environment. Breakfast with Mr Kenneth in charge made for a great start to the day with a huge variety of food and prompt service. We were on the 26th floor again with a great city views and spacious room. The convenience of the Paradigm mall next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise with a good range of shopping and food outlets. We throughly enjoy our 8 days and cannot speak more highly of the hotel, staff and great service.

The speed of the lift really has to improve

The afternoon sun heating the glass panel nearer the dumbell rack was very unforgiving. This has an extreme heated effect on the area of the dunbell rack, and its users. tomalfunctioning
