It was good

Our non refundable booking included airport transfer, when we called the hotel they would not send a shuttle or taxi we had to pay $500 peso on top of the $180 AUD The bed had insects and bugs when we told reception they sent house keeping who brushed them off the bed. We asked for a different room, pulled the sheets back to see 1 long black hair and on the other side of the bed a short black hair. I went to reception and requested clean sheets and pillow cases and made the bed ourselves. Breakfast was very average, not a slice of bread in sight. Staff were uninterested to say the least.

Nice hotel and staff, but sea water is very low. Not good for snorkeling or water activities.

Great pool

Didn’t use the pool but looks clean and very nice. They clean room if the do not disturb button is off staffs are friendly and polite

The place was not as upscale and updated as we expected from the photos. It could use a refresh of its rooms and decor but it was fine in terms of lodging. The staff though were very welcoming and helpful at the front desk and at the restaurant. Five stars for them. We were disappointed that there wasn’t much water access to the ocean as it was low tide during the day. This might be a seasonal issue so you might want to consider that. It was the beginning of April when we stayed.

Breakfast is not good. Maids that clean the room is no good smells bad every time they clean our room. Internet sucks!!! We can’t watch anything in the TV in times we want to relaxed. And just so you know it may look like a beach front but nope I’ll be disappointed you have to go to other place to experience beach. All in all we will never recommend this hotel!!!!

We stayed dor 4 days and the whole stay was awesome! The food was great, the restaurant was by the sea so it was nice to see a great view. The staff were very helpful and nice. The airport shuttle service was great too!

Spa was great. Had a massage need a bit of clean sheets and head rest, just find mine with smell of old sweat. Over all the experience was great. Staff were all Hospitableand very friendly. Specially the young Bartender. Who made all my delicious cocktails

Washroom could use more cleaning, but overall we are very satisfied with their services and facility. Thank you Costa!
