Friendly staff, located in convenient area. Has good value to the price.

The staff were very friendly and it was convenient to go everywhere from this location.

Property was tucked away, but walkable to the green line and brown line! Staff were nice and helpful during check-in. Restaurants and fast food in close range, including Olive Young.

First, I would absolutely return, so none of the following critiques would impact my decision to stay. Critiques: there is no restaurant on site; there is no rooftop area; there is no microwave in the room; the curtains are a bit dated. There definitely is no pool. Maybe some suites, or a suite, has a pool…I don’t know about that. Could only get about 4 inches of hot water into bathtub and wasn’t hot enough to make adding cold water an option - so even if tub was beautiful, it wasn’t functionally that helpful. Hard to reach places were dusty upon arrival (behind bedside table, above head board, tall lamps, bathroom blinds) - after I dusted them off, I had zero complaints about the daily cleaning. Everything within eyesight was clean on arrival and kept clean. The coffee bar is closed. No water wine or coffee. Nothing. But water and wine displays, along with chalkboard menus do give the idea it should be actively open. Pluses: the room was HUGE; bathroom was modern and felt posh; overall aesthetic 3.5/5. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful (really! Very helpful!). Area of town had a Korean, not tourist vibe and there were restaurants galore. I was on the 12th floor looking east and had a GREAT VIEW of Lotte tower. Probably wouldn’t want to stay on lower levels below floor 4 or 5 - might be too close to road and certainly not much view. I stayed for 3 weeks; if I were returning for only a few days, would definitely stay again. For a long stay, I now know other options.

They overcharge you here based on your booking with Expedia and then don't offer any assistance in your language and if you call and they hear English they say sorry and hang up. Their shower head was rusting and not working. Dusty. We put a do not disturb sign and they went in anyway. Their outlets are very bad quality and recessed so adapters don't work and electric sparks fly out when you try to plug things in. Bad...

The rooms were cleaning and spacious. Daily cleaning service offered. Easy check in and check out.

Need microwave

I like the bathroom, great water pressure and big area. Accessible to the restaurants. No staff at the lobby went I pass by to ask questions.

Worst place and so dirty.
