The only problem I had was at check in. Check in was to be at 4:00 pm and our room wasn’t available until an hour later. Other than that everything was good.

First of all check in was a nightmare. They let members check out at 4pm and others check in at the same time. They really should have at least a hour gap between check outs and check ins. We waited a hour to get a room for our 4pm check in. Second of all the rooms all smelt moldy. We tried to order dinner in the lobby and they were out of the first thing and then out of our second option. The guy was nice to help make up for it on the bill but still should be notated as unavailable at check out. It was a pricy for a bottle of water when you can walk across the street and get a couple for the price of one. I do say the hotel is in a nice location for walking distance to several places as well as easy access to the beach through the surf shop across the street. Overall our was stay ok. Won't stay there again though.

Did not clean room, made a big deal when we asked for towels. Half the outlets in the room did not work Drained the pool on the 2nd day and was not able to use

Our room was a suite which staff kept telling us was an amazing room. As soon as we opened the door to our room we were hit with an oder of animal. Not sure if someone had a pet in there but the smell could only be described as pet urine and barn.
Upon further inspection the sofa and ottoman had suspicious white stains and we opted to not sit on them to be safe.
The bed sheets appear to be clean and smelt fresh thank goodness.
The walls of the bathroom were far from clean. The shower insert moved when stepped on which seemed pretty questionable.
The hall floors had the same trash for our 3 day stay that was never cleaned up.
The elevators were a huge inconvenience due to how busy the hotel was.
The valet staff was honestly the best part how ever 38 a night seems a little steep in price.

Al llegar la persona de valet no tenía uniforme, con pocas palabras y malos gestos, no dio la bienvenida y parecía molesto, no acorde a un servicio de valet de 40us
La recepcionista y encargada con mala predisposición y hablando con un speech armado poco gentil me dijo que no tenía la habitación que yo había comprado y que las opciones eran dos más chicas una al lado de la otra pero sin comunicación entre ellas (tenemos niños chicos) sino la quería me ofreció, dormir en una grande SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO, meter una cama en el pasillo habitación o bajar la reserva siendo las 22 pm
No me dio explicación lógica de porque no me avisaron con tiempo que no la tenían para buscar otro hotel con tiempo
Desayuno básico le pongo un 5 y a las 9:30 quedan la mitad de las cosas no cumplen que es hasta las 10 am
Pasillos sucios del hotel, la piscina es chica y explotada de gente
Por 350 us que pague la noche pagaría unos pesos más y seguro mejoraría la experiencia en otro hotel

If you want a soaking wet floor during your stay, this is the hotel for you!!! Reported it to staff THREE times and wasn’t addressed ONCE. Had to use all of our towels to step on.

This is usually our vacation spot every year last year. We had a terrible problem with the room cleanliness this year. Our room didn’t get clean until three days after we arrived. No one took out the garbage. I had to put my garbage outside the door for somebody to take it. I called the front desk multiple times that I needed in my room clean one of the agents told me that our room was not a priority at the time and so I said to myself why am I spending money here? The breakfast is a good gesture however, the breakfast is the same every single day if you’re staying there for eight nights like I did it gets old very fast. I’m lactose intolerant so I constantly requested in the mornings oat milk as that that was the only thing that they had the staff seem bothered or told me at times we are busy. I work in the food and beverage industry I understand, however every guest should feel accommodated and help and comfortable being in your property. I don’t know if I will stay there again next year.
