All good. Only breakfast selection was a bit boring selection. Mostly suitable for Asians

Excellent hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Good location on Sukhumvit Road. Lovely comfortable beds and very clean well maintained rooms. But prices are higher than most other hotels in this area but you get what you pay for and this is excellent for the price.

Great hidden gem in the heart of sukumvit!

Arrived early on a flight from UK..was delighted that staff found a room/allowed me to check in early. A very very big plus!

Needless to say this property has been staying strong on all ends - location, rooms, club lounge, F&B, wellness facilities etc. - either one or any combination of them should be the reason for which guests love it and keep going back again and again. Indeed and as always, what concerns the continuing success of a hotel business the most is services. Hospitality is a person-to-person thing. It is never just about getting the tasks done or the checklists procedurally fulfilled but also the involvement of genuine connections with guests - a connection that comes from heart which the guest could also feel from heart. The entire BKKHR team always impresses me with the ability to align themselves with the essential spirit of the “Hyatt Regency” brand complemented with authentic Thai hospitality - a passionate heart to care, a genuine willingness to connect and an unwavering commitment to excel. With exceptional kindness, helpfulness and attentiveness to details, the team consistently beats my expectation and never disappoints me on any single occasion during any particular stay throughout the past couple of years, with no exceptions ever. Every aspect of my preferences and requests are catered to, making me feel like HOME every time. The owners and management are fortunate to have such a dedicated team representing the hotel.

A very high quality property with a stunning rooftop bar and perhaps the greatest breakfast buffet ever. Highly recommend and popular neighborhood close to Terminal 21.

It was everything I wanted plus more the breakfast was incredible the whole hotel was amazing definitely worth the price

This place was incredible - perfectly located to everything .. a simple walk outside the door to the subway - connected to everywhere in Bangkok.... clean safe hotel....
