Overall great experience. Clean, polite and helpful staff.
Great pool and facilities. The free laundry was great. we were here for a baseball tournament so uniforms could get washed.
Cons- No onsite restaurant and no option for breakfast. Would have been nice to know before booking.
Parking lot is extremely awkward for for anything other than compact vehicles. Was very difficult to navigate in a pick up truck.

The hotel is nice..staff and room wonderful. The hotel has a restaurant but is not open at this time. Hotel is not near anywhere to get a decent coffee or breakfast. You are paying the same price as many hotels who offer either a breakfast(free or pay) or are beside a Tim Hortons. Will not return until restaurant is open.

The check in was fast and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was very quiet and we slept very well. Bonus kitchenette. Very convenient having a fridge.
We walked to Westdale Village and McMaster University. And it was easy to take public transportation to and from airport. We would stay here again if we came to Hamilton.

There were kids being loud. Running around the hallway at 7am. But overall it was a great experience, we made our own food in the room with the kitchenette. The staff were friendly. The room was very clean.
