훌륭해요 All was well with the exception of the elevator not working. Staff was apologetic for the elevator issues.

만족해요 The staff, The one gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful. The General Manager, was rude and had an attitude. She was nice until I engaged with her and had questions. She has triggers apparently and does not handle situations in a professional manner. The room was extremely humid. The air conditioning or the vent in the bathroom wasn't working correctly. I brought it to the manger's attention. She sent someone to inspect. Dirty shoe prints were left on the bath tub. Very unprofessional. I stayed Monday - Friday and wish I would have changed hotels on the first night.

The room had a musty smell and hot water stopped working after approximately 4 minutes.

I was not happy with checking out, they would not provide me with a receipt for the stay or the $50 per night deposit. Because I booked through here (a third party).

Everything was excellent from check in to check out. The room was beautiful and beds comfortable. It was a short overnight stay but very refreshing!!! Would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning myself. The location and surrounding stores and restaurants are also excellent!! May God continue to Bless the Hotel, it's Staff and Guest!!
