훌륭해요 Not bad for the price. The location is quiet and convenient (close to PP Station and the Em malls). I'd stay there again.

Good location 2 minute walk from BTS so it’s very convenient going around the city. Close to 7/11 and there are lots of restaurants around the area. The rooms are just a bit run down and not as new as it looks in the photos but we still had a comfortable stay.

훌륭해요 The dirty smell of cleaning materials collected in front of my room is disturbing. They should be placed somewhere else.

No cleaning done during my 4 days. Ants crawling everywhere into my luggage going after my toothpaste. Ant nest must be burrow somewhere close with a anthill of them going after anything they can eat. Complain twice to reception and they only gave me a pesticide spray to deal with the issue. I stayed better places in 3rd world countries like Congo.
