The room could have been cleaner, particularly the bathroom. We had no view but stayed for two nights so it wasn’t a massive problem. Not great amount of space but any longer stay than 2 days would have been a bit tight. Bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Check in and check out fairly quick.

I believe because of the way the shower spaces are designed, mold collects easily. My first room had mold on the shower floor, doors, shutters (not sure why they chose to have the shutters inside the shower) and caulking. They were kind enough to move me to another room, which had much less mold. The walls have scuffing and the floors show a lot of signs of wear. However, the lobby space is nice and the location is great - easy to walk to the ferry terminal and the airport bus is right outside. It’s also only like 15-20 minute walk to the train station. But I found I couldn’t fully relax due to the state of the room.

A great hotel! I’d recommend it for anyone staying in Kagoshima.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for walking and conveniently located to the tram stops.

Breakfast is really nice

The room was small but clean, all the staff were very helpful. The location was excellent and close to shops, restaurants and airport shuttle bus stop. Only downside was it has no laundry facilities. Also it would be great help if there were some hang rails for hanging things with.

Staff very polite & smiling all the time

Nice hotel and would definitely stay here again. Room was a bit bigger than the smaller sized Japanese hotel rooms l've experienced (especially the bathroom which had a full-sized walk-in shower). Bed was very, very comfortable. Shower had a 'normal' shower head and a rainfall shower too. Good in-room amenities. Nice staff.
