I went to check in at around 3:30pm and my rooms were still not ready I had to sit with my family of 8 in the waiting room and when we received the rooms one door wouldn't lock and the power in another was not available we had one room that was "decent that all 8 of us put our luggage in and the rooms were absolutely dirty I wanted to leave that same night but not easy finding accommodation for 8 people just like that. We did rough it out for one night and left the very next morning I'm still trying to get my refund

Very dilapidated hotel which is a shame as I’m sure it was a good hotel a long time ago. Dirty floors in the rooms, a shower that floods the whole bathroom floor & patio doors that have a gap at each side & haven’t been fitted properly. The pool had a tinge of green to it & we found our upon leaving you have to request your room be cleaned at reception (we weren’t told this on arrival). The location is pretty good & the actual shower itself very powerful & warm. That said we wouldn’t stay here again

No hot water, Air conditioner didn’t work, smelt like mould, shower and toilet looked like it had been leaking prior to my arrival! Sheets dirty, bugs in bed! Booked another hotel as I did not feel comfortable staying there!

그저 그래요 Toilet hose leaked on the bathroom floor. Shower and sink had lots of mineral buildup or something. Walking into the bathroom was a trip hazard with three levels but you have to be skinny to use the bathroom. Showering got most of the bathroom wet. Had to unplug the tv because it wouldn’t turn off at night. Little black bugs were constantly running along the baseboard. Patrons were loud at like 3am. Washed my face and then I tasted salt so I refused to brush my teeth with that water.
