Teşekkur ederiz. Memnun kaldık.

My stay here was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and seemed more focused on getting money than providing good customer service. I booked a package, but when my friend came to visit, the front desk immediately started demanding additional payment before even allowing them upstairs. Even after I explained that I would pay later while I was still staying at the hotel, they continued to chase me down for payment, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of enjoying my stay, I felt like I was constantly being harassed over money. To make matters worse, I paid for breakfast as part of my package, but I never ate there even once because of how uncomfortable the atmosphere became. Despite already paying for services I didn’t use, the staff continued to harass me for additional payments anytime they saw me with my friend. On top of that, the location wasn’t great, and the service was slow throughout my stay. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Hotel propre le personnel est souriant et acceuillant les chambres sont spacieuse et confortable

The hotel is ok , specially the rooms sizes are very good but the strong smell of tobacco in every room made us uncomfortable and gives us headaches. Just a few non smoking rooms and the staff wasn’t helpful

Hotel in buona posizione per la fiera, basico

The hotel was clean throughout, the staff were friendly and professional, and the food was great.

Not recommended at all

The car valet staff was respectful, but the breakfast was very limited, with a bad smell from a few items.

Location was quite good, Hotel staff however were amazingly friendly and helpful, Room was clean and tidy, well sized and extremely comfortable

Good for value
