Superior service everywhere. Fabulous location. Well-designed resort atea and grounds. Room was reasonably spacious & plenty comfortable.
Food was good but not exceptional; as such, prices of food & drinks were unreasonably high for what was offered. As example: my son ordered a burger for dinner; charge that was listed on check came out to almost USD$30(!!) as VAT and service charges are all automatically added
Also: be aware generally of lots of extra charges. We had booked our travel through Expedia, which had labeled the room as for 3 people. When we arrived at resort, front desk said the booking was listed as for 2 people & then insisted that we pay an extra >$100 per night (a not-insignificant sum)

This resort is very very nice , it’s a terrific place to basically do nothing and switch off, the breakfasts are terrific and villas are well kept and great air con.
We were there for 4 days in June supposedly wet season and only rained once, it was very hot but laying around the pool and cool villas made it very comfortable.
Great transfer service too

Absolutely stunning and luxurious resort! The staff and service were fantastic from the moment we were picked up from our previous hotel and housekeeping tended to the room twice daily. The island is beautiful - we felt completely relaxed in this slice of paradise!

Amazing stay at Cauayan, absolutely paradise.
The beachfront villas are stunning, looking out onto the bay with private sunbeds to relax on and just a short walk from the spa, bar & restaurant.
The tours offered are wide ranging and give you a great chance to see the e surrounding islands and lagoons, and the scuba diving is excellent, clear, warm water with lots of fish & corals.
The food and drinks are great but the real showcase are the staff, all of whom are there to cater to whatever you need. Special thanks from us go to Red (excellent coffees!), KC, KL, Alwin, Kel, Pearl, Norihen & Jeremiah, but everyone has been brilliant. We’re been so well looked after we don’t want to leave! Thanks to everyone for making our stay so special.

The island was beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. The massage at night was awesome! Beautiful walk to the facility and great view of fishes while getting massaged through the glass floors.

The service was beyond excellent. Staff are so lovely and ensure you enjoy your stay stress-free. Lagoon villa room was clean, well furnished, great amenities, lots of activities to choose from, all in all a lovely resort and would definitely go back.
