I got a suite the first thing I noticed when I took off my shoes the carpets were damp I was tired so I fell asleep when I woke up. I had a huge headache. I called housekeeping. They said they would come dry it later when I left the room I came back. It was still a little damp , but it was manageable . The room overall was very clean when I went to take a bath the tub would not open or close. I had to call maintenance. The guy came and showed me how to use it he said it’s just a little hard to open and close to safe kept malfunctioning. The sauna steam room were filthy and out of date the staff was excellent the food downstairs at the French restaurant was amazing. The buffet was all right.

My experience at this hotel was excellent. The service was consistently attentive, the facilities were well maintained, and the room offered both comfort and quality. From check‑in to departure, everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this property for a pleasant and reliable stay.

Room clean, breakfast was excellent and amazing staff. Customer service is excellent

This hotel is not a place you want to stay they do not respect a cancelled flight that wa snot your fault . Reached out to get a refund since my airline cancelled due to the conflict overseas but they declined to get me a refund bad bad service for a hotel in Dubai .

Excelente thank you!!!

This hotel is a world leading excellent hotel. I’ve never stayed at such luxurious accommodations before.
