Clean room, good location! Staff was helpful with organizing a transfer to the airport early in the morning. Free snacks and wine was a nice touch! Would’ve been nice to have a queen/king mattress rather than 2 singles put together.

Room was clean. Bit noisy at night time but I think that was the fault of other guests so can’t be helped. Good location… easy walk to the leaning tower and a supermarket! Staff assisted with booking a taxi to the train station on departure which was very helpful. Overall would recommend for short stays

Great host, very helpfull and ready to answer all the questions, including recommendation to great local pizzeria or taxi service. Room and bathroom very clean, with sofa bed already unfolded and with duvet set when we arrived, which we really appreciated after so many steps we took. The fact we could left our luggage in the morning on the day we arrived was absolute life saver! Lovely and tasty wine left in the room for us. Cleaning lady was so polite and nice. We could not wish for more.

Fabulous little hotel, very clean and comfy bed.
There was a kitchen for making tea and coffee which was supplied also crackers and biscuits available to help yourself to. A craft of wine in the room on arrival, which was a nice touch.
We had a little veranda to sit out on.
Great clear instructions on how to use the key safe on arrival. Owner also ordered our taxi for going back to the airport. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is ideal, close to the centre with just a 20 minute walk, and only 10 minutes to the airport by car. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, and communication was always quick and easy. The little touches made such a difference, especially the daily wine in our room and coffee available in the common areas. Francesco was incredibly kind and even helped us arrange a taxi. Everyone was genuinely warm and welcoming, all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Lovely apartment at an excellent price. Helpful staff who gave clear directions for self-checkin. Within easily walkable distance to the main attractions and the central train station. Nice variety of extra snacks and comforts provided in the room, which was a nice touch.
