Flight was bumped a day and we needed a room short notice. We are grateful to find this place that included a shuttle from the airport. Would put it over the top was Christina. Helpful, kind, professional and gave us some good local advice.

The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice with lots of options. The hotel is well situated for buses into Amsterdam, and the shuttle to and from the airport is very handy.

I understand priority or member guest reception is separate but if it is waiting time on non-member guest reception and member guest reception is sitting idle, I don’t see any harm them serving non-member guest. I hope this can be improved, I didn’t feel welcomed when I need to stand in queue while reception staff even if it for member guest is siting idle.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting for a gig at the johan cruyff arena, the shuttle to the airport to then catch the train and back was super easy, there is also a local bus a short walk away. Parking was available and reasonably priced per night. We ate dinner in the onsite restaurant which was delicious and reasonably priced. our room was clean, had air conditioning and all the modcon's we could have wanted. As we were out an about early we did not have the breakfast. The staff were helpful and attentive, i would stay here again
