The pool was nice and the lounge area near coffee shop. Other than that, the property needs renovation. The grounds, the elevators and the rooms were not worth the price I paid for 2 nights. The food was mediocre at best and rooms were dirty and smelled of old. The beds were not comfortable. Will not go there again.

Traveled solo and I felt safe and really enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and the staff were nice and welcoming.I will say I didn’t realize how big the property was so be prepared to get your steps in. Overall nice visit.

This is a very nice place and the staff is wonderful! We have stayed here a couple of times. We don’t live far. It’s a nice staycation when we need a night of relaxation away from home! I do have to say, this time there was a bit of a mosquito problem inside our room. We killed a few, but my son was bit a few times throughout. And, our tv kept freezing up in the middle of shows and we had to turn it on and off several times throughout the night. That was frustrating! Maybe they need a better internet service for the hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel where that has happened before. That was a little disappointing!

Hotel is in a great location and they will even provide transportation for you if you’re going to dinner nearby. We’ve stayed in the past and it was great, however, this time I felt like the rooms were really dirty. The first room had bugs in the bathroom and the second room had hair on the bed. The staff was helpful in fixing it but still felt like a very different experience than our previous stay.

Overall the stay was ok. Staff was great but the property itself was very much dated and not as clean as I expected. The pools were underwhelming. I was looking for a resort experience, but for the price I would, in the future, just invest in a higher-tier room at a cuter, boutique-style hotel.
