매우 훌륭해요 This hotel exceeded my expectations! Definitely one of my favourites and I’ve already been spreading the word to friends and strangers. This is does NOT feel like a 3-star at all. Service is impeccable and the rooms are top notch, offering things like a pillow menu (which I happily used). Joshua at the concierge desk was phenomenal and suggested many local food places that were authentic and very tasty!

Very clean room, a bit dark in the bathroom but super clean and helpful staff. The pool and the gym were great. Towels provided at pool. Shuttle in the morning to various breakfast areas. Lots of malls close by.. lol. We went to the pool every night to cool off. Bedrooms were comfortable, great sleep. Staff at reception were super helpful!

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. When we informed front desk staff about a faulty TV . To our surprise the maintenance staff was already at the room door waiting for us immediately. When the card could not work for the elevator, staff immediately rectify the issue.
Especially Ady who is very helpful and provides information and clarifications to assist guests with a cheerful smile.
Well done! Keep up the good work!
