The total staff is very accommodating and friendly. Also the amenities, bar and restaurant are top notch. It is now my go-to spot to stay when in NYC .

Room was clean and modern. Drinks at Branch on the 6th floor were excellent. Staff was professional. I’d definitely stay there again.

Well maintained property in an excellent location. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and Miguel was especially outstanding. Overall, I loved my four night stay and had a wonderful experience. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, location and very attentive staff

The hotel is essentially located. You can go in and out and do three or four major things in the city during a day. You go out, wear yourself out, go back to your room, recuperate for an hour or so and then go out and repeat. We have done so many things and just three days. It’s incredible. The restaurants around the hotel are plentiful and at all different price ranges. Our room overlook the park, but we’ve also stayed in the past without a fantastic view and we still had a great time. The restaurant downstairs is first class and the club on the sixth floor is very nice. Tonight we’re gonna go and sit there and have a little food and watch the soccer game. This is our fifth stay here and we’re looking forward to coming back for Labor Day to see the U.S. Open. And Bryant Park is a very chill place hospitable to all different price ranges. And best of all you get to experience NYC like your a local.
