Fantastic hotel, 5 stars all around. Location was fantastic, hotel, staff and amenities were fantastic!

Beautiful, safe & elegant hotel with comfortable suites, excellent breakfast buffet, small but beautiful rooftop pool with views. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants & museums within walking distance!!

Last year, I stayed at an antique-style hotel in Rome that was cozy, welcoming, and served an excellent breakfast. Based on that experience, I chose Cotton House in Barcelona, expecting a similar level of quality. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. The breakfast was very disappointing, and the staff's attitude and level of professionalism were below expectations. In particular, the breakfast restaurant waiters were unfriendly, rude, and did not appear to maintain proper cleanliness standards. During my stay, I found foreign particles in a bottle of water. In addition, one of the cups had lipstick marks and food residue on it, which was unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. What disappointed me the most was that the staff rarely apologized when these issues were brought to their attention. A sincere apology costs nothing, yet it seemed to be missing throughout my experience. Overall, this hotel did not meet the expectations I had based on its reputation, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and ready to help make restaurant and tour arrangements

This hotel is a perfect location! Walking distance to all shops wonderful restaurants tree line streets. The service is exceptional rooms are beautiful.
