Bed bugs do not go! Asked for refund they are not replying. Dutch trade standards have been indormed

horrible do not stay here! infested with bed bugs, run down, amenities advertised don’t work. couldn’t even stay here longer than a few hours - had to get emergency accommodation elsewhere at 2am

The place was disgusting, the rugs moist and dirty, and beers and bags where left in my room for me to clean up upon checking in. The showers have terrible pressure and must be hoses because the sensor comes right off the wall. I woke up to bed bugs in my bed after a nap on my first day and reported it and brought down the bed bug. The manager on site apologized stating it was unacceptable, but informed me there were no other rooms available and that I should try and ask for a refund and find another place to stay. It's been a week now and Expedia is the only one who have contacted me and given me a $40 gift card, however I'm disappointed in them for supporting this company and doing little to nothing after I've spent thousands of dollars with them for a 70-day trip to Europe. I would urge anyone not to stay here.

Dirty, unfriendly staff ,not worth the money there is better and cheaper out there ,i would never stay here again ,i would raher sleep on the streets

Bed bugs every where, rooms dirty ,only 1 shower working bathroom very dirty ,in the roaches in the kitchen ,fridge works when it want ,this place is cheap ,but go out of the centre you can find cheaper and better ,if i could give a zero rating it would be minus 10

Dirty room had bed bugs

There were bed bugs all over. I killed 4 different type of bugs in 3 minutes. I checked in and instantly checked out after this experience and had to find a new accommodation. Please save your money and do not book here! They weren’t even able to give me a refund because the office was non responsive. I had to walk up 5 flights of stairs with my bags, also a 15 min tram ride away but it doesn’t even matter because you should never stay here.

Bed bugs in room. On beds and crawling on walls. Offered a can of bug spray!?? Moved to another hostel. No response to my email to discuss refund £175 out of pocket! Beware before considering booking.

Todo lleno de chinches lastimosamente no fue para nada nada agradable 😔 todas nuestras cosas se llenaron de bichitos pequeños que aún hasta en el aeropuerto encontramos encima de nuestras cosas. 0/10 la experiencia 😭😭 lo único rescatable es la ubicación de ahí nada más.
