Overall speaking, I have a good impression for the hotel especially during hot summer that the air conditioning is excellent. Room is clean and staff are sincere and helpful especially in reception area. However, manner of bell boys are not professional enough when we keep our luggage by end of the trip. Besides, lifts were on and off out of order which failed to stop at our floor and some other floors as far as I noticed.

Room was very spacious and clean. Loved the bathroom. Not a fan of the location but metro station was a short walk away. Only complaint was that there were stains on the hotel towels. Other than that, I’d recommend to any travelers!

Very nice staffs, good view, convenient transportation. But the room is little bit old and the space is compact.

Great clean place to stay! We love this hotel!

Great location and price. Will come back

I arrived from an early flight at 5AM in the hotel, David was the only receptionist at the front desk with professional service and sincere behavior, helping me to get to the room around 12PM which was a miracle despite of a full house booking the night before! Other than that staff were all olive with big smile on their face everytime while we met. Room was clean and spotless, room serviced everyday, not much noise from outside through big windows. I would come back accommodate here next time.

The staff was accommodating when we needed to switch to a higher floor because the outside noise at the lower floors were really loud. Great location in mongkok.

Very helpful concierge desk

Good location

Room was very small (I know this is hong kong but maybe the bed needs to be smaller). Carpet was old and stained. Room was musty. Room just felt bad and dirty. I do not recommend
