We had an amazing experience and extended our stay by an extra week. Room was beautiful,light and spacious with an extremely comfortable bed,a great shower and bath. The air conditioning worked very well and was spotless,as was the room throughout. Breakfast was exceptional,great variety,clean,fresh. Pool was again very clean and hygienic,cleaned daily and a great size. Bars served great cocktails both non alcoholic/alcoholic and happy hour 12-9pm was great value. The team were exceptional throughout all area’s with many with 10 years or more experience at the hotel. Special thanks to the amazing Sutthinan (cake),who was so friendly,efficient and supportive. Apple,housekeeper for our room standard daily,Pao and Heng who provided exceptional friendly service at the beach bar and a big thank you to Cabbage on the egg station at breakfast for making amazing egg Benedict’s. The whole team are very friendly and helpful.

Room was pretty dirty and dark. Towels and coffee weren’t replaced each day. The website had also crashed on booking and the hotel refused to give me a refund on one of the two rooms I booked. I even asked to me moved to another room due to the noisy air con in our room and we were refused and told the other room had now been given to another guest despite paying for it. We’ll be avoiding in the future and will stick to the retreat just up the road

Room service was very poor, clean towels were rationed in a morning and new coffee wasn’t replaced. Air conditioning…extremely noisy in spite of them checking. The website had crashed multiple times on booking and cancellation rejected on arrival. Extremely expensive for what it was. Staff ok, cleanliness and amenities were ok but otherwise would y visit or recommend again

We had a fantastic vacation here for five nights. It was an amazing experience that I highly recommend to couples, families, and solo travelers alike.

Hot water play up 3 times staff great over all excellent place to stay Didn't like how tried to rip me off for Taxi ride of 100 baht taxi to move next place.

Great places to stay. Prime location with everything within walking distance in Kai Bai beach. The staff and management were amazing. Overall superb place to spend some quality time.
