Hotel was in a fantastic location on a walk-only street. Room was very small but bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was just ok but if you’re an early riser, nothing else around is open. No washcloths, shampoo or conditioner in the room so make sure to bring your own. Tub/shower has very high sides and was very difficult to get in and out of.

Centrally located. Very clean and comfy rooms. Nice staff & delicious breakfast included. Recommend lunch/dinner at the Grand Central Cafe ... a 10 min walk.

Great location. Close to the Danube River, restaurants and shopping. Very nice breakfast included. Property was very clean. Bed was comfortable.

It was a decent hotel with staff trying to assist. Howver the intercom in the room was not operational and could not be fixed by the front desk. They offered a technician coming over on Thursday and we refused. The soap dispenser had no soap so we had purchase it. The manager was kind to leave a bottle of wine on our table with an apology note. On Saturday morning we accepted the note and returned the bottle to the front desk for the manager and staff to enjoy. A wine bottle cannot be a substitute for a non working telephone and shampoo. Thank you for the breakfast on Thursday and Friday. We left at 5:20 am on Saturday and usually hotel staff gives packed one. Here the staff - both front desk and the kitchen politely refused. Here are the facts and its strange that basic hospitality rules are not adhered.

Very comfortable hotel in the best ever location! Super nice staff, good English, excellent breakfast! Highly recommend.

Great stay and great location

The room was basic but functional. Downside is our room 501 looked out to the lift so you had to keep curtains shut all the time which made it gloomy. I had requested as a room at the front of the building as it was my daughter’s 40th birthday, but presume they had no front rooms available. We went to breakfast 1 day but there was no tables available. The waitress kindly let us use the table by kitchen door but had to sit same side, bit cramped. Didn’t enjoy selection of food, and found a bit dry. Didn’t bother on 2nd day

Everything about the Promenade was excellent! The staff, the location, the room, the efficient elevator - it was perfect for my Christmas Market trip!!!!
