This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location......with parking! The staff is efficient, polite and friendly. The breakfast is good. You can't go wrong here! I would highly recommend!

Great historical hotel, great rooms and close to the old town for exploring. If you need a place to stay that got everything close this is it.

We were only here for one night to enjoy the city for a day before travelling to Lake Bled, but that one day was amazing! The room was fantastic - with a view of the pink church. The breakfast was bountiful. But…it was all about the service. Even before we checked in, they were able to accommodate a bedding request. On the day of our checkout, we traveled up šmarna gora - which took a bit longer than we had anticipated. But Blaž at the front desk was amazing and extended our late checkout so we could prepare before continuing our journey. 11/10 - will stay here again on my next trip to Ljubljana.

No frills, great location and friendly staff

Lovely hotel!

My room was clean and spacious. The hotel location couldn’t be beat. It was an extremely short walk to both 3 bridges and the pick-up spot for day tours!!

We had the corner Junior suite booked and they gave us a free upgrade to the grand suite. Hard to describe in words after traveling through Europe and tiny hotel rooms. This had a meeting table for 8. A living room area with three couches. A total of four bathrooms. But every staff member we dealt with was attentive and helpful and spoke great English. Location is prime right at the Central square. Tons of high-end shopping and a short walk to the castle.
