만족해요 Room was small and stuffy with windows that didnt open wide enough. Bathroom ok but nowhere to put toiletries. Towels were fluffy and in good condition but little hanging space to dry them. Fan in room was useless generating little air movement. Bed was on the hard side.

훌륭해요 The staff were pleasant and helpful the breakfast was adequate and tasty the rooms were tired and needed an upgrade but were clean and comfortable. All in all our stay was very enjoyable.

훌륭해요 Amazing stay, very nice staff and nice feel for a non conventional hotel. A lot of thought has gone into the guest rooms, only short coming was that we landed on a hot day and we only had one fan in the family room. Highly recommend

만족해요 Unfortunately I was in a top floor room on a sweltering day with a fan that couldn’t cope! The door on the shower unit wanted to fall off and trying to get water from shower was elusive as the jets were all over the place.

훌륭해요 The room was clean but the en-suite was old and dated. The bed was very comfortable and a fan was provided to help cool the room. The staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was also of a good quality and tasty with a good selection. The bar was good, typical of a town centre hotel bar.

Nice comfy bed in a big room. There was a fan supplied (a necessity during the heatwave especially during the night).
Staff were always polite and helpful.
Breakfast was different every day ( I think it depended on who cooked it) but was nice - it’s just a pity ham and cheese and different fruit were not offered but as I said breakfast was nice.

The room was very small for a twin/2 people and nowhere to put suitcases. It was very very hot and the fan didn’t work in the bathroom nor did the window open. There was a fan in the room however! Nice breakfast and staff were lovely.

Bar air conditioning a bit light weight in 30C plus temperatures. Staff were extremely helpful with check in times allowing early access for wedding attire changing etc.
Breakfast was good. Room was fine for the very reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

A very large dated hotel undergoing refurbishment whilst still functioning for business. Town centre location and busy. A good menu with quick service.
The downside of our stay was the location of our bedroom immediately below the boiler system. The noise became unbearable when trying to sleep on a warm night. This was resolved by a lovely lady on night reception duty who relocated us to a much quieter and cooler room.
Good breakfast selection with very fast service.
