The room was spacious and clean. Location is great and very walkable.

The staff was wonderful, the room was beautifully decorated, and the view was gorgeous. Short walk to dinner, ice cream, and shopping. I would say parents be mindful that if staying with kids, the pool closes at sundown, so be ready for that. Ours did not want to get out. Other wise 10/10 Recommend

Everything about it was good no complaints

Didn’t use the kitchen much except for coffee. Nice to have the large refrigerator.

Great location, great apartment......it was really impressive.

Location was great. These are rentals in a hotel right in downtown Coconut Grove. You have plenty of restaurants and shops right outside your door. I found it extremely hard to contact the property owner. They have a cell phone listed but they will not return calls or text messages. You can see they read the texts, but won’t reply. The unit was fine but the bathroom smelled extremely bad and there was mold in the shower. I would stay the hotel next time and book directly through them

The apartment offered more than I needed for a short stay and felt very welcoming. It featured a fully equipped kitchen, a large soaking tub, a comfortable bed, and nice linens. The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of restaurants and local shops. I was surprised that the pool closes early (7-7:30 p.m.), and their restaurant has not reopened since the pandemic. It would have been nice to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop, which offers beautiful views of the marina. There is also no lobby gift shop or sundries available. Overall, the hotel and apartment feel very secure, and I would consider staying here again.

Excellent stay. Great area. Clean, great staff. Would book again.
